This super easy garlic butter steak recipe features filet mignon seared to perfection and topped with a rich red wine sauce. The dish is seasoned simply with salt and pepper, grilled with garlic and rosemary, and finished off with a flavorful sauce made from beef broth, red wine, and a touch of balsamic glaze.

What you need

tsp soy sauce

rosemary

salt

tsp worcestershire sauce

tsp balsamic glaze

cup red wine

cup beef broth
oz filet mignon
Instructions
1: Roll your steaks generously in salt and pepper or your seasoning until fully encrusted. 2: Heat a pan with neutral oil to medium-high heat. 3: Cook steaks for 2 minutes on each side and 20-30 seconds on the smaller edges. 4: Toss in garlic, butter, and rosemary when there is one minute left to cook. 5: Remove from heat and take out the garlic and rosemary from the pan and turn off the heat. 6: In the same pan on medium heat, toast the peppercorns for 30 seconds. 7: Add in your shallots and cook for 3 minutes until translucent. 8: Add in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, beef broth, and red wine, cooking for 5 minutes until slightly reduced. 9: Toss in cornstarch slurry if desired and finish with balsamic glaze.View original recipe
