tsp vinegar

tsp soy sauce

tsp white pepper

tbsp sesame oil
tsp honey
salt

chicken breast
tbsp flour
tbsp ketchup

black pepper

tbsp corn starch
tsp red chili flakes

tsp ginger
tsp brown sugar
Instructions
1: Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and white pepper. 2: Load the chicken into a large Ziploc bag and toss in cornstarch, flour, and oil. Mix well. 3: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Lay down the chicken on a baking sheet, making sure the pieces are spaced apart. 4: Cook the chicken for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Optionally broil for 1 to 2 minutes to get it crispier. 5: To make the sauce, heat a wok or pan to medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Sauté ginger and garlic for 30 seconds without burning. 6: Add red chili flakes, hoisin sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, honey, ketchup, and soy sauce. Allow to cook for a couple of minutes and adjust seasoning. 7: Add back the cooked chicken into the sauce, stir to coat, then garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice or stir-fried veggies.View original recipe
