Instructions

1: Bend asparagus until it breaks to find the tender point.

2: Place asparagus on a baking sheet and oil it up. Salt to taste.

3: Bake at 425°F for 7-10 minutes until vibrant in color.

4: To make the sauce, add all sauce ingredients into a bowl and heat on a double boiler to warm the sauce.

5: To make homemade aioli, blend 2 egg yolks for 20 seconds, then slowly drizzle neutral oil until thickened. Add vinegar, salt, lemon juice, and djon mustard to flavor.
