cup vodka

pinch white sugar
cup pasta water

tsp oregano

cup heavy cream
fresh parmesan cheese

Instructions
1: Heat a pan to medium heat and add in onion and calabrese peppers. Cook until translucent. 2: Add in garlic, tomato paste, and vodka. Cook down for a few minutes. 3: Add oregano and basil, then turn off the heat after stirring. 4: Boil a large pot of water and add a heavy pinch of salt. 5: Cook gnocchi for 2-3 minutes until they float. Remove and reserve some pasta water. 6: Turn the heat back on the sauce to medium-low. Remove basil leaves. 7: Add a pinch of sugar and heavy cream, warming it for a few minutes.
