What you need

white onion

carrot

garlic clove

tsp red chili flakes

tbsp italian seasoning

salt

pepper

oz tomato paste
oz fresh tomatoes

can italian tomatoes

chicken broth

oz ravioli

fresh spinach

parmesan
Instructions
1: Start by browning ground beef and seasoning with salt and pepper. 2: Drain the grease by placing it on a paper towel lined plate. 3: To the same pot add in diced onion, carrots and garlic. Allow to cook for a few minutes on medium heat and add in your seasonings. 4: Toss in tomato paste and allow to cook down for 1-2 minutes to intensify the flavor. 5: Add in diced and crushed tomatoes along with the chicken bone broth and your cooked ground beef. 6: Allow this to simmer until fragrant and tomatoes are tender. 7: Add in your mini ravioli and cook for 8 minutes. 8: Finish with fresh spinach and serve.View original recipe
