Instructions
1: Heat a skillet with neutral oil to medium heat. 2: Place sausage links and bacon in the skillet and cook until both are colored and sausage is cooked through. 3: Remove from heat and plate. Keep warm in the oven if needed. 4: Add black pudding to the same pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until charred. Remove and place on a heated plate. 5: Cook sliced tomatoes in the skillet, seasoning with salt and Italian seasoning for 1-2 minutes. 6: Add sliced baby Bella mushrooms and cook until golden brown. Remove from heat. 7: For the beans, cook finely minced onion in an oiled skillet for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. 8: Add the can of beans and a scoop of mustard, warming through. 9: For the egg, heat another skillet, oil it, and crack the egg. Season with salt and pepper. 10: Add 2 tablespoons of water around the egg, cover, and steam until yolk is opaque. 11: Plate with toasted hashbrowns and toasted bread.View original recipe
