What you need

cup flour

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp worcestershire sauce
tbsp complete seasoning

orange oil

onion

carrot

celery

garlic clove

tbsp tomato paste

oz beef broth

rosemary
potato

cup fresh peas

parsley

salt

Instructions
1: Chop up your roast into cubes. 2: Add it to a bowl with flour, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and ap seasoning. Mix well and allow to marinate for 15 minutes. 3: Brown the meat in a pot with neutral oil on medium high for about 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat. 4: In the same pan, add in onions, celery, carrots, and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat. 5: Add in tomato paste and allow to cook down for a few minutes. 6: Add in beef broth and rosemary, cover the pot. 7: Add back in the beef and cook for 2 hours on low until tender. 8: Add in potatoes and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes until tender. 9: Add in peas and allow them to warm along with fresh parsley.
