cup granulated sugar
tbsp oil

cup rice vinegar

tbsp red chili flakes
tbsp cornstarch

oz water chestnuts

cup sweet chili sauce

onion

cup hoisin sauce

tbsp soy sauce

tsp ginger

oz sesame seed

bunch green onion

head boston bibb lettuce

tbsp water

tsp rice wine vinegar

Instructions
1: Microwave 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup rice vinegar, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon red chili flakes, and 2 minced garlic cloves for 2 minutes until thickened. 2: In a pan, oil on medium heat and sauté the diced onion for 2 minutes until translucent. 3: Add the minced ginger and garlic; cook for 1 minute until fragrant. 4: Toss in chopped water chestnuts, hoisin sauce, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar; mix well. 5: Cook for 2-3 minutes, adjusting vinegar and sauces to taste. 6: Finish with sliced green onions and mix; allow the green onions to warm slightly. 7: Plate the mixture on 2-3 leaves of Boston lettuce per wrap and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.View original recipe
