Instructions
1: Pound out chicken breast to tenderize and allow to evenly cook. Season with ingredients listed above. 2: Cook on medium-low heat in olive oil for 8-10 minutes on one side. 3: Flip and cover, cooking for another 8-10 minutes to reach 165°F. 4: If the pan is dry, add a splash of water to generate steam and continue cooking. 5: While chicken is cooking, cook pasta for 1 minute under directions on the box in salted water. 6: Reserve a portion of pasta water to thin the sauce if desired. 7: In the same pan, add butter and garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes. 8: Add flour and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes. 9: Slowly whisk in milk to avoid lumps, followed by chicken broth. 10: Season with the listed seasonings and finish with Parmesan cheese. 11: Add more broth, milk, or pasta water to thin if desired, then mix in the chicken.View original recipe
