Instructions
1: Heat a pan to medium heat and add high-quality olive oil. 2: Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper, then sear them in the pan until golden brown on both sides. 3: Transfer the pork chops to your crockpot along with the juices from the pan. 4: Add chopped onions, minced garlic, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, bone broth, red wine, seasonings, bay leaves, and rosemary to the crockpot. 5: Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours, until the meat is extremely tender. 6: Before serving, add in dried dill, balsamic glaze, and fresh herbs. 7: Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
