oz tomato paste

cup red wine

oz chicken stock

cup parmesan cheese

cup heavy cream

1: In a pot, start by sautéing garlic and onions.

2: Cook until lightly golden brown.

3: Add in red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, tomato paste, and red wine.

4: Cook on medium-low for 2-3 minutes until reduced and combined.
