What you need

tbsp cajun seasoning

white corn tortillas

sweet corn

cup mayo

cup sour cream

lime juice

jalapeno

Instructions
1: Air fry corn on 400°F until lightly charred, about 7 minutes, or do this on a grill or grill pan. 2: Cut the kernels away from the cob with a sharp knife. 3: In a bowl, combine corn, mayo, sour cream, lime juice, and salt. Mix well. 4: Season shrimp with tajin and Cajun seasoning. Marinate for 15 minutes. 5: Heat oil in an iron skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side.
