Instructions
1: Oil a skillet on medium-high heat. 2: Brown ground beef until fully cooked and season with salt and pepper. 3: Remove beef to a paper towel-lined plate. 4: In the same pan, add onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly softened. 5: Add the beef back into the pan along with the tomato products and cook for an additional minute. 6: Add in seasonings, rice, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix and bring to a boil. 7: Once boiling, reduce to medium heat, cover, and let cook for about 18 minutes. 8: Top with reduced fat cheese, cover to melt, and allow the rice to finish cooking. 9: Optional: Broil the cheese for a couple of minutes until melted.View original recipe
