Instructions

1: Peel and de-vein the jumbo shrimp.

2: Marinate the shrimp in oil, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and lemon juice.

3: In a skillet, cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side, then remove from heat.

4: In the same skillet, add the butter, onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

5: Add the orzo and toast until lightly browned.

6: Pour in the seafood stock, lemon juice, and tomato purée, then stir.

7: Let cook on medium-low heat until the orzo is soft (about 5-7 minutes).
