A family-friendly potsticker recipe that includes a delicious filling made of ground pork, ginger, garlic, and various seasonings, wrapped in wonton wrappers. Great for the lunar new year celebrations!

What you need

lb ground pork

tbsp fresh ginger

garlic clove

tbsp brown sugar

green onion

red bell pepper

tbsp mustard

tbsp ketchup

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp soy sauce
egg

tsp chili
Instructions
1: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to create the filling. 2: Unwrap the wontons and place a teaspoon of meat mixture in the center. 3: Brush the edges of the wonton with water on all edges. 4: Fold the wonton into a pyramid shape by folding two opposite corners together. 5: Seal the edges well. 6: Heat a stainless steel pan to medium high heat. 7: Add in a tablespoon of oil to the hot pan. 8: Place wontons in the pan and brown for 2 minutes. 9: Add in 1/8 cup of chicken broth and cover. 10: Let steam for 2 minutes. 11: Serve with additional chili crisp and scallions to garnish.View original recipe
