What you need

condensed french onion soup

cup water

tbsp italian seasoning

tbsp soy sauce

tsp worcestershire sauce

tsp soy sauce

tbsp garlic powder

tsp red chili flakes

tsp dijon mustard
cup mozzarella

Instructions
1: In a pan at medium high, sear meatballs until dark brown. 2: Once finished, remove and place on a paper towel lined plate. 3: To the pan, add half a stick of butter and let melt. 4: Add 3 sliced onions and let cook on low for 14-45 minutes until caramelized. 5: Once golden brown, add in onion soup mix, white wine, and water; let cook for 5 minutes. 6: Add in meatballs. 7: Place mozzarella cheese on top and let broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese is bubbly and browned. 8: Garnish with a thyme sprig and serve.View original recipe
