Garlic Butter Steak Bites

potato

tbsp complete seasoning

garlic clove

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp lemon juice

parsley

cup beef broth

Instructions

1: Chop up steak into bite-size pieces and potatoes into equal sizes.

2: Season steak but do not season potatoes until the end.

3: In a hot oiled skillet over medium-high heat, sear the steak for 2 minutes or until done to your liking.

4: Remove steak from the heat.

5: In the same pan, cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender.

6: Add steak bites back into the pan along with butter, minced garlic, seasonings, salt, and pepper, allowing to cook for an additional minute.

7: Add chopped parsley before serving and enjoy!
