cup chicken broth

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp rosemary

tsp red chili flakes

tsp soy sauce
tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions
1: Pat your chicken dry with a paper towel and season generously with salt and pepper on all sides along with your favorite seasonings. 2: Heat a pan to medium heat and coat it with olive oil. 3: Cook the chicken on both sides for 4-5 minutes until dark golden brown. 4: Toss 1/2 cup of water into the pan and cover, allowing to fully cook through for another 5 minutes. Add in lemon slices with one minute remaining. 5: Remove the chicken and lemon slices from the pan. 6: For the sauce, sauté onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes until translucent. 7: Add in lemon zest and deglaze the pan with champagne while stirring the brown bits off the bottom. 8: Add in chicken bone broth and your seasonings, allowing to cook for 3-5 minutes on medium low heat. 9: Stir in a cornstarch slurry to thicken, finish with the juice of one lemon and parsley. 10: Add in your chicken and allow to warm before serving.View original recipe
