Instructions
1: Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper. 2: Season the shrimp with cajun seasoning. 3: Heat an oiled pan to medium high. 4: Cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side, then remove from heat. 5: Cook the filet mignon for 4 minutes on each side and sear the smaller sides for 30 seconds. 6: In the final minute of cooking the filet, toss in butter, garlic, and rosemary, then remove from heat. 7: For the cowboy butter, heat a pan on low and add butter and all listed ingredients. 8: Allow to melt and cook for 2 minutes. 9: Serve the cowboy butter over the steak and shrimp, and enjoy!View original recipe
