Instructions
1: Start by preparing the filling for the peppers. 2: In a saucepan on medium heat, sauté onion until translucent. 3: Add in ground turkey and cook until brown on medium heat. 4: In a large mixing bowl, place turkey and onion mixture. 5: Add in rice once you have cooked it to the directions on the package. 6: Add in marinara sauce and stir. 7: To create pepper shells, slice peppers in half and remove core and seeds. 8: Place peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 9: Add filling to peppers. 10: Top with breadcrumbs and then Parmesan. 11: Bake in oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until peppers are soft and the top is golden brown.View original recipe
