Instructions

1: Brown the chorizo on medium heat until it renders fat.

2: Add in the onion, pepper, jalapeño, and mix. Cook for 3-5 minutes until soft.

3: Add in chipotle, cream cheese, and a can of blended beans. Allow the cream cheese to melt.

4: Add in the spices and Valentina hot sauce.

5: Stir in the drained can of black beans.

6: Top with cheeses.

7: Bake in the oven at 425°F until golden and bubbly.
