Instructions
1: Slice up onions and peppers. 2: Make diagonal cuts in chicken breast. 3: Stuff chicken with pepper Jack cheese, onions, and pepper slices. 4: Season with taco seasoning. 5: Bake at 425°F for 15-25 minutes depending on size of chicken. 6: Remove from heat and start making the sauce. 7: Add flour and butter to the pan of drippings and cook on medium until golden brown. 8: Add roasted jalapeño, garlic, chicken broth, and cheese to the pan. 9: Allow to melt together. 10: Turn off heat and finish with heavy cream.View original recipe
