tsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp thyme

tsp lemon juice

black pepper

tsp garlic powder
tbsp mayo

tsp dijon mustard

tsp kosher salt

tsp onion powder

cup sour cream
tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1: Optionally trim the fat cap of the prime rib if desired. 2: Pat the meat dry with a paper towel. 3: Salt and pepper the meat generously or add to the marinade. 4: In a bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients. 5: Coat the roast with the marinade on all sides. 6: Tie the roast with kitchen twine in 3 equal sections. 7: Place in an oven-safe dish or cast iron skillet and bake at 500°F for 15 minutes. 8: After 15 minutes, insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the meat. 9: Roast at 325°F until the internal temperature reaches 125°F for medium or 115°F for medium rare. 10: Remove from heat and place on a cool baking sheet, covering with a tinfoil tent. 11: While the roast is resting, combine all ingredients for the horseradish sauce in a bowl and place in the fridge. 12: Serve the roast with the horseradish cream sauce.View original recipe
