What you need

tsp kosher salt

tbsp dry white wine

tsp red chili flakes

tbsp balsamic vinegar

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tsp italian seasoning

tbsp butter

tsp black pepper

tbsp soy sauce

tsp garlic powder

tsp dried rosemary

tbsp lemon juice

tsp onion powder

bunch fresh rosemary

tbsp brown sugar

lb strip steak

fl oz cooking oil

Instructions
1: Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl or a pan and place your New York strip steak in it. 2: Marinate the steaks for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best results. 3: Heat a cast iron pan to medium heat and coat it with neutral oil. 4: Cook the steaks for 2 minutes on each side for medium rare, or 3 minutes for medium well. 5: During the last minute of cooking, add garlic, rosemary, and butter to the pan and baste the steaks. 6: Remove from heat and allow the steaks to rest before cutting against the grain and serving.View original recipe
