A delicious lemon, garlic, and dill marinade enhances the flavor of the Faroe island salmon filets. This easy recipe can be made in under 30 minutes and is perfect with rice.

What you need

salmon filet

butter

garlic clove
tbsp fresh dill

lemon juice
salt

pepper

cup rice

cup water
Instructions
1: Create the marinade by combining olive oil, butter, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a microwave-safe bowl. 2: Microwave the mixture for 60 seconds, stir it, and allow to cool. 3: Baste the salmon in the marinade and broil in the air fryer for about 8 minutes or until it reaches the desired temperature. 4: If you don’t have the broil function, you can use 370°F. 5: For the rice, add equal parts of rice and water to a pot and bring to a boil. 6: Stir the rice and cover it, then turn the heat to low and let it cook for about 15 minutes until most of the water is evaporated. 7: Add in the leftover marinade to the rice and stir, allowing it to finish cooking for a few extra minutes. 8: Remove the salmon and plate it with rice and fresh lemon.View original recipe
