What you need

cup cooked orzo

cup chicken broth
oz kale

cup heavy cream

cup parmigiano reggiano

Instructions
1: In an oiled pan, start by cooking your diced potato for 2-3 minutes until golden. 2: Add in onions, carrots, sausage, and garlic, allowing the sausage to cook through for 2-3 minutes. 3: Add in orzo and chicken bone broth, cover with a lid, and turn heat to low. 4: Allow to cook for 6-8 minutes, occasionally stirring. 5: Add in more broth as needed until your desired consistency is reached. 6: Add in heavy cream when fully cooked, along with fresh chopped spinach or kale. 7: Top with lots of Parmesan cheese or mix it right in.
