Instructions
1: Wash and rinse the kale well, removing thick stems. 2: Prep your veggies by chopping them as desired. 3: Decase the sausage and ready it for cooking. 4: Oil or butter a pot and cook the mirepoix and garlic on medium-low heat until translucent. 5: Add the sausage and cook until fully cooked through. 6: Once cooked, add in the chicken broth, seasonings, and potatoes. 7: Allow the potatoes to cook until fork tender, about 15-20 minutes depending on size. 8: Once cooked, stir in the milk and kale, allowing the kale to turn vibrant green and slightly wilt.View original recipe
