Turkey and Dumplings

What you need

celery

white onion

cup turkey stock

leftover turkey
bay leaf

rosemary

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp italian seasoning
tsp sage

tsp thyme

tsp poultry seasoning
tbsp cornstarch
cup ap flour

tbsp baking powder

tbsp parsley

tbsp butter

cup milk

salt

pepper
Instructions
1: In a large sauce pan with a lid, begin heating turkey fat or butter to medium heat. 2: Add in onion, celery, and carrots. Cook until translucent. 3: Add in stock and allow to warm and bubble. 4: Toss in your turkey meat and stir. 5: Add in the seasonings listed above, cover, and allow to cook while you prepare your dumplings. 6: For the dumplings, combine all the ingredients listed and mix until thoroughly combined. 7: Uncover your turkey and broth and spoon in a suitable amount of dumpling mixture. 8: Cover and reduce the heat to low.
