Instructions
1: Season steaks with salt and pepper. Allow to rest and come to room temperature. 2: In a cast iron skillet, add a tablespoon of oil and set to medium high heat. 3: Cook steak for 3 minutes on each side. When there is one minute left, add in the clove of garlic and tablespoon of butter. Baste the steak in butter and remove from heat. 4: In the same pan, turn the heat to low and cook diced onions and garlic until onions are translucent. 5: Add in chopped spinach and allow to wilt. 6: Add in bone broth, Parmesan, and finish with heavy cream.View original recipe
