Instructions
1: Boil pasta in salted water, 1 minute under the directed cooking time. 2: Save some pasta water when the pasta is done cooking. 3: Pat shrimp dry on a paper towel lined plate and season with salt and pepper. 4: Slice garlic and parsley while the pasta is boiling. 5: In a pan on medium low heat, warm olive oil. 6: Add sliced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. 7: Add shrimp and cook for one minute to prevent overcooking. 8: Add pasta water to emulsify all ingredients and flavors. 9: Add red pepper flakes, parsley, and pasta.
