tbsp soy sauce

tsp white pepper

cup hoisin sauce

cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions
1: Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. 2: Heat a wok on medium-high heat with high smoke point oil and cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes until pink, then remove from heat. 3: Whisk together the eggs, thoroughly oil the wok, allow to come to temperature, and toss in the eggs, allowing them to rise without stirring, about one minute to cook, then remove from heat. 4: Toss in onions, garlic, and ginger, allowing to cook for a minute until translucent. 5: Add in peas and carrots, allowing them to turn vibrant green, then remove from heat. 6: Toss in the cooked rice, allow to sit for 1-2 minutes before stirring for crispy bits, it should crisp in 2-3 minutes. 7: Season with soy sauce, hoisin, sweet chili, and white pepper. 8: Return all other ingredients to the wok and allow to warm. 9: Garnish with chives or green onion and enjoy!View original recipe
