What you need

cup cheddar cheese

cup parmesan

tsp onion powder

tsp fresh thyme

tbsp tomato paste

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp flour

cup red wine

oz beef broth

Instructions
1: Boil peeled potatoes for 10-15 minutes or until fork tender. Drain and mix with cream, cheeses, butter, salt, and pepper. Set aside. 2: Brown the ground meat with salt and pepper, then drain the grease. 3: Sauté garlic and onions in butter over medium-low heat, then add Italian seasoning, rosemary, and thyme until lightly golden. 4: Add tomato paste and cook for 3-5 minutes, then add flour and cook on low for 1-2 minutes. 5: Add red wine and let cook for 1-2 minutes to evaporate the alcohol. 6: Slowly add the broth and stir frequently to avoid clumps, then add ground beef and veggies and stir to combine. 7: Top with mashed potato mixture and sprinkle on cheddar cheese. 8: Bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.View original recipe
