tsp salt

tsp lemon pepper seasoning

tsp black pepper

tbsp unsalted butter
clove garlic

tbsp all purpose flour
cup chicken broth

cup dry white wine

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp capers

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder
tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions
1: In a bowl, toss the salmon bites with olive oil, salt, lemon pepper, and black pepper. 2: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon and sear for about 2 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. 3: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 4: Add the flour and cook, stirring continuously, for 2–3 minutes until lightly golden and slightly thickened. 5: Stir in chicken broth, white wine (if using), lemon juice, capers, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly reduced. 6: Return the salmon bites to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.
