cup panko breadcrumbs

tbsp mustard

tbsp ketchup

tbsp worcestershire sauce
egg

onion soup mix

lb white mushrooms

white onion

garlic clove

oz beef broth
tbsp cornstarch

tbsp dijon mustard

Instructions
1: Combine all patty ingredients in a bowl and mix. 2: Form the mixture into 6 large patties. 3: In a pan, brown the patties on medium heat for 2 minutes until dark brown on each side. 4: Remove patties from heat and place on a dish. 5: In the same pan, sauté the onion, mushrooms, and garlic until golden brown. 6: Add in beef broth and stir the brown bits off the bottom. 7: Add in cornstarch and immediately stir to prevent clumping. 8: Add in w sauce and Dijon mustard, and stir. 9: Place the beef patties back in the pan, cover, and cook on medium low for at least 15 minutes.View original recipe
