cup tomato paste

cup vodka

cup heavy cream
cup pasta water

butter

cup parmesan cheese

tsp red chili flakes

tsp dried basil

tsp dried parsley

tsp italian seasoning

tsp oregano

Instructions
1: Boil pasta and reserve a portion of the water. 2: Cube chicken breast into bite-size pieces and season with oil and preferred seasonings. 3: Prepare onion and garlic while the chicken absorbs flavors. 4: Oil a pan to medium heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked (about 8 minutes). Remove onto a paper towel lined plate. 5: In the same pan, cook onion, garlic, calabrese peppers, and red chili flakes until translucent. 6: Add in the tomato paste along with vodka and cook for 3-5 minutes. 7: Stir in the dried herbs, pasta water to thin out the sauce, heavy cream, butter, Parmesan, and return the chicken to the pan. 8: Allow the chicken to warm in the sauce, then add in the cooked pasta and mix well. 9: Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
