tsp apple cider vinegar

tsp worcestershire sauce

tsp lemon juice

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

Instructions
1: Optionally trim your fat cap from the prime rib. 2: Pat the meat dry with a paper towel. 3: Generously salt and pepper the meat or add it directly to the marinade. 4: Mix the marinade ingredients together and coat the roast on all sides. 5: Tie up the roast with kitchen twine in 3 equal sections. 6: Place the roast in an oven-safe dish or cast-iron skillet. 7: Bake at 500F for 15 minutes. 8: Remove from the oven, insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the meat. 9: Roast at 325F until the internal temperature reaches 125F for medium or 115F for medium rare. 10: Remove from heat and place on a cool baking sheet, covering with a tinfoil tent. 11: While the roast is resting, combine all horseradish sauce ingredients and refrigerate. 12: Serve the roast with the horseradish sauce.View original recipe
