These Mushroom Provolone dipped burgers are a delicious treat featuring seasoned burger patties topped with provolone cheese, accompanied by a savory sauce made from beef bone broth, mushrooms, and onions.
Season the burger patties with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
In an oiled skillet or grill pan, cook the patties on medium-high heat for 4 minutes on each side (6 minutes for well done).
Top the burger with cheese and add a splash of beer or water, then cover with a lid to melt the cheese (about 30 seconds).
 Remove the burgers from heat.
In the same pan, turn the heat to medium and add a tablespoon of butter, then add the onions, mushrooms, and garlic.
 Allow to cook down.
Turn the heat to low and toss in the bone broth and cornstarch. Immediately stir.
Season with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and pepper to taste.
Allow the sauce to thicken and top the burgers with it, serving extra on the side for dipping.
