What you need

salt

tsp white pepper

tbsp soy sauce

tsp baking soda
tbsp cornstarch

tbsp orange oil
cup hoisin

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp rice wine vinegar

tsp sesame oil

tsp chinese five spice

tsp chicken bouillon

tsp chili

onion

bunch green onion

dried chiles

garlic clove

tbsp fresh ginger
Instructions
1: Marinate sliced steak in the ingredients listed above and allow to rest for 15 minutes. 2: Create the sauce by combining all ingredients listed under sauce above. 3: In an oiled wok or pan, add in neutral oil and heat to medium high. You want enough oil to coat the beef when it’s submerged. 4: Add in your beef and fry for 3 minutes or until it develops a nice color. Remove from heat and place on a paper towel lined plate to soak up excess grease. 5: Remove most of your oil from the wok or pan leaving just enough to coat the bottom of the cooking vessel. 6: Add in garlic, onions, dried chili and cook for 30 seconds, then add in your beef, green onions and sauce. 7: Cook this for just enough time to brighten the green onion and slightly thicken the sauce, about 60 seconds. 8: Plate with rice and enjoy!View original recipe
