What you need

shallot

clove garlic

oz tomato paste

cup white wine

cup half & half

butter

cup chicken broth

cup parmesan cheese

tsp oregano

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp red chili flakes

tsp sugar

salt

pepper

shredded chicken

oz spinach

cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
1: Cook shallot in oil on medium heat until translucent. 2: Add tomato paste and cook for a couple of minutes. 3: Add white wine and allow to reduce and thicken. 4: Add garlic, spices, half and half, butter, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. 5: Blitz the mixture with an immersion blender until smooth. 6: For the filling, mix the sauce, shredded chicken, spinach, Parmesan cheese, egg, and some mozzarella. 7: Spread the filling across the lasagna noodles. 8: Place a small amount of sauce in a baking dish and add the roll-ups. 9: Cover with foil and bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until the egg is cooked. 10: Top with more mozzarella cheese and broil for a minute or two to brown the cheese. 11: Enjoy!View original recipe
