lb chorizo

tsp salt

tsp chili powder

Instructions
1: Boil protein pasta in a pot of water seasoned with salt. 2: In a pan on medium heat, add some oil and render down chorizo for 2-3 minutes until some fat is visible. 3: Toss in cubed chicken and cook until lightly golden brown on the outside. 4: If brown bits appear on the bottom of the pan, deglaze with chicken broth. 5: Cover and allow chicken to cook fully for 5-7 minutes. 6: Remove from heat. 7: In the same pan, cook together bell peppers, onions, jalapeño, and garlic on medium-high to get a bit of char. 8: Reduce heat to medium-low, add a splash of chicken broth, salt and pepper, and steam for 2-3 minutes until tender. 9: Combine peppers and onions with chicken, chorizo, queso sauce, and pasta; mix well. 10: Cover and warm through on low heat.
