What you need

lb ground beef

ground pork

cup cooked rice

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp onion powder

can condensed tomato soup

white onion

salt

pepper

can condensed tomato soup

cup heavy cream
Instructions
1: Microwave cabbages in a bowl of water, covered with a wet paper towel, for 10-15 minutes on high. 2: Allow cabbages to cool and remove the core. Peel off the leaves. 3: In a bowl, mix together ground beef, ground pork, cooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, minced onion, and salt and pepper. 4: Place a handful of the mixture into a cabbage leaf, rolling halfway, tucking edges inward, and rolling again to seal. 5: Repeat the rolling process until all the mixture is used. 6: Mix 2.5 cans of tomato soup with water or broth, then pour this mixture over the rolled cabbage in a baking dish, covering with additional cabbage leaves. 7: Cover the baking dish with a lid or foil and bake at 375°F for 2 hours or until cooked through. 8: Serve with additional sauce made from the remaining tomato soup, reconstituted with water or broth, topped with heavy cream if desired.
