1: To make garlic butter, add butter, garlic, and seasonings to a sauce pan on low heat. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 2: Dice your chicken into bite-size pieces, pounding them before cutting to make them extra tender. 3: Marinate diced chicken in half of the garlic butter for at least 15 minutes. 4: Place chicken on skewers. 5: Grill skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side for a total of about 10 minutes until golden brown and chicken reaches 165°F. 6: Go back to your garlic butter and add in chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese. 7: Drizzle the mixture all over your grilled chicken skewers and enjoy!View original recipe
