Garlic Butter Steak

1: Roll your steaks generously in salt and pepper or your seasoning until fully encrusted.

2: Heat a pan with neutral oil to medium-high heat.

3: Cook steaks for 2 minutes on each side and 20-30 seconds on the smaller edges.

4: Toss in garlic, butter, and rosemary when there is one minute left to cook.

5: Remove from heat and take out the garlic and rosemary from the pan and turn off the heat.

6: In the same pan on medium heat, toast the peppercorns for 30 seconds.

7: Add in your shallots and cook for 3 minutes until translucent.

8: Add in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, beef broth, and red wine, cooking for 5 minutes until slightly reduced.

9: Toss in cornstarch slurry if desired and finish with balsamic glaze.
