Instructions
1: Start by slicing your onions into half moons. 2: Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. 3: Brown the chicken thighs on medium heat in a skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat. 4: In the same pan, caramelize the onions on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. 5: Add sherry wine and beef broth to the pan. 6: Use cornstarch slurry to thicken the mixture and stir. 7: Season with balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. 8: Toss the chicken back into the mixture and top with cheese. 9: Broil the dish and keep an eye on it to prevent burning. 10: Serve with rice or potatoes.View original recipe
