cup oyster sauce

chicken bouillon cube

cup water

tbsp dark soy sauce

tbsp rice wine vinegar

tsp crushed red pepper
tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
1: Prep your sauce in a bowl by adding all the sauce ingredients together and stir until combined. 2: Boil the chow mein noodles for 90 seconds (or 60 seconds for more al dente). 3: Mince the ginger and garlic, and thinly slice your chicken. 4: Heat the wok to medium-high and add in the neutral oil. 5: Toss in ginger and garlic. Cook for 15 seconds while stirring. 6: Add in chicken breast and cook until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside. 7: In the empty wok, add another shot of oil and let it heat up. 8: Add in your veggies and cook for 30-60 seconds until they still have a bit of a bite. 9: Add in the chicken, chow mein, and sauce, and stir it up. 10: Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. 11: Garnish with more scallion greens and sesame seeds.View original recipe
