What you need
bunch kale

red onion

cup parsley

cup roasted red pepper

diced tomatoes with green chilies

can cannellini beans

can garbanzo beans
cup red wine vinegar

cup olive oil
tsp red chili flakes

fresh lemon juice

garlic clove
fresh parsley

Instructions
1: Rinse your kale extremely well. 2: Chop your veggies, and roast your peppers in the air fryer at 400F until the skins are charred black. 3: Rinse your chopped red onion with cold water to reduce bitterness. 4: Chop all ingredients and combine them in a bowl. 5: In a blender, combine all ingredients listed for the dressing and blend until smooth. 6: To plate, oil a ramekin and stuff your salad in, gently pressing down. 7: Place a flat plate on top of the ramekin and invert the plate to mold the salad. 8: Garnish with thinly sliced radishes and balsamic glaze.View original recipe
