What you need

oz steak

white onion

green onion

tbsp orange oil

tsp baking soda
tbsp cornstarch

tbsp sweet chili sauce

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp rice wine vinegar

tbsp soy sauce
tsp chili flakes

tbsp peanut butter

tsp sesame oil

tsp chicken bouillon

tsp red chili flakes

tsp fresh ginger

tbsp water
tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
1: Slice your steak into thin strips and par freeze for 1 hour. 2: Combine oil, salt, pepper, cornstarch, and baking soda. Add steak and mix well, allowing to rest for 15 minutes. 3: Slice onions and scallions. Prepare the sauce by mixing together all sauce ingredients. 4: Heat a wok to medium heat with oil. When oil ripples, add in steak and cook for 3-5 minutes until brown. Remove and place on a paper towel. 5: Remove excess oil, leaving a light coating, and cook onions for 60 seconds. Add scallions and beef. 6: Turn off heat and add sauce, stirring continuously until it thickens. Toss in cooked noodles and serve.View original recipe
