Instructions
1: Start by chopping up your celery, carrots, and onions. 2: Roughly chop your cabbage by cutting into slices and then large chunks. 3: To a large stock pot, add in garlic, onions, carrots, and celery, and cook on medium low until softened. 4: Add in cabbage and stir.
