What you need

garlic clove
sweet onion

lb broccoli florets

oz shredded cheddar

cup parmesan cheese

carrot
oz orzo

oz chicken broth

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp onion powder

salt

pepper

tbsp butter
Instructions
1: Brown chicken seasoned with salt and pepper in a tablespoon of butter on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. 2: Add in onion, garlic, and carrots; cook for an additional 2 minutes. 3: Add in broccoli and chicken broth; cover and let simmer until broccoli is soft. 4: Break apart broccoli into smaller pieces using a wooden spoon. 5: If using fresh broccoli that is finely chopped, add it into the broth along with orzo. 6: Cover with a lid and cook for 6 minutes until orzo is soft. 7: Reduce to low heat and add in cheeses, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.View original recipe
