cup hot sauce

tsp taco seasoning

tsp garlic powder

red jalapeno

oz pepper jack

oz cheddar

lime juice

extra sharp cheddar cheese

salt

Instructions
1: Cook dried black beans in chicken or bone broth in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes. 2: In a saucepan, add cooked black beans, using as little broth as possible. 3: If using canned beans, drain them before adding. 4: Add Valentina hot sauce and all other ingredients to the saucepan. 5: Once the cheese has melted, transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with more cheese. 6: Broil for 2 minutes, keeping an eye on it to prevent burning.View original recipe
